Spiritual-Civic Development Model

I'm posting excerpts from my Educating for Civic Agency manuscript (Intro and Chapters 2, 4, and 5), which outlines an integrated spiritual-civic development model and Community Organizing Learning Model I developed in 2012 (diagrams below). I have been using these two models in my teaching to further practice and evaluate proof of concept.I'm interested to hear your feedback on these two models, as they are a basis for a new ecumenical ministry proposal I'm developing that would reimagine and reclaim the Church by incubating entrepreneurial and justice ministries as missional faith formation communities within renovated closing/closed churches.
